Our products warranty is 24 month.if you do experience any problem with our product, Our company provides a 2 years limited warranty from the date of purchase. This limited warranty covers mauafacturing defects in material and workmanship only. Within our specified warranty period, our company will repair or repalce non consumable parts (such as cosmatic parts, cable and consumable, excluding casing) that are damaged under normal use at no additional charge. We will send back to you after the maintenance. The repaired item will be up to 14 business days after identification.
The warranty will not be covered under the following conditions:
a. Out-of-warranty products.
b. Problems are caused by compatibility and user's misuse.
c. The product is modified without Sand get approval.
d. Obvious attack of appearance whatever it is.
e. The product is subjected to unusual physical or electrical stress, including physical damage, burnt components and broken connectors
